Manage Review Request Settings

Review request settings can be found in the Recenio app by clicking "Settings" (in the sidebar) and selecting "Review".

Review request settings let you control your review request strategy.

Enable automatic review requests - if enabled, Recenio will schedule review requests once an order is fulfilled. If disabled, you can still request reviews for skipped orders using the "Request reviews from past customers" functionality.
Delay for domestic orders - decide how many days Recenio should wait until sending a review request for domestic orders.
Delay for international orders - decide how many days Recenio should wait until sending a review request for domestic orders.
Maximum products to include - decide how many products should a review request include at most.
