Manage Review Moderation Settings
Review moderation settings can be found in the Recenio app by clicking "Settings" (in the sidebar) and selecting "Review", then scrolling to the "Review moderation" section.
Customize your review moderation settings
You can use the review moderation settings to automatically publish reviews or keep them pending.
If a review is not automatically published, then it will stay pending for a period of 14 days, after which it will be automatically published.
- Enable review auto-publishing - if enabled, Recenio will automatically publish product reviews if other moderation settings allow it.
- Minimum rating to auto-publish - Recenio will not auto-publish reviews below the selected minimum rating.
- Auto-publish media reviews - if enabled, Recenio will not auto-publish reviews that contain customer-submitted photos or videos.
- Auto-publish unverified reviews - if enabled, Recenio will not auto-publish reviews that were submitted using the "Write a review" button or manual product review links.
