Customize the Product Reviews Widget

Let's dive into the various customization options for tailoring the Product Reviews widget to fit your needs perfectly.

In order to customize Product Review widgets, you have to:

In order to customize the star rating color, button color, button text color or button border shape, head over to the branding settings.

Top padding - add spacing to the top of the widget.
Bottom padding - add spacing to the bottom of the widget.
Layout - select between a list or a grid layout to display your product reviews.
Initial review sorting - select in which order the product reviews should be initially sorted.
How many reviews to initially display - select how many reviews should be first displayed in your product reviews widget.
How many reviews to additionally load on request - select how many reviews should be added when "Show more" is clicked.
Show widget when there are no product reviews - if enabled, a "Write a review" button will be shown when there are no product reviews.
Show the "Write a review" button - if enabled, will show the "Write a review" button. Unverified product reviews can still be submitted using manual product review links.
Show product details - if enabled, will show which product was reviewed.
Show reply - if enabled, will show your reply to the reviewer.
